I. SITUATION OVERVIEW
Typhoon "INENG" (I.N. "GONI") entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on the afternoon of 18 August 2015. Typhoon "INENG" exited PAR midnight of 23 AUgust 2015. Southwest Monsoon, however, is still affecting Luzon.
