Tropical Storm "Lando" with International Name "Koppu" has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the afternoon of 14 October 2015.
At 4:00 am today, Tropical Storm "Lando" was estimated based on all available data at 1,185 Km East of Baler, Aurora (15.2*N, 132.6*E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecasted to move West at 22 kph. Northeast monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
