Highlights
- Completeness for weekly reporting was 57.4% for the non-conflict affected counties and 79% for the IDP sites.
- Malaria was the commonest cause of morbidity in both non-conflict affected counties (47%) and IDP sites (67%).
- Malaria epidemics reported in three states (Warrap, Northern Bahr el Ghazal, and Western Bahr el Ghazal) and two IDP sites (Bentiu and Malakal PoCs).
- Five new suspect measles cases reported from CES (2), Lakes State (1), Bentiu State hosptal (1) and Bentiu PoC (1).
- Only one out of the 23 health facilities reported zero case of Kala-azar.
- The Crude mortality rate and under five mortality were below the emergency threshold of 2 cases per day per 10,000 population for all the non-IDP and IDP sites that submitted mortality data during this reporting week.
