Situation Update
As of 29 June 2015, a total of 430 cholera cases including 28 deaths (CFR 6.5%) have been reported from 73 villages in eight payams of Juba County (Table 1).
The initial cases were traced back to 18 May 2015 in UN House PoC where the first cholera case was confirmed on 1 June 2015. Most of the cholera cases in Juba have Gumbo, Juba 3 PoC, Gudele 2, Gudele 1 and Munuki (Figure 4). Table 1. Summary of cholera cases reported in Juba County, 18 May – 29 June 2015
