Highlights
- Completeness for weekly reporting was 47% for the non-conflict affected states and 81% for the IDP sites.
- There are no new suspect cholera cases reported in week 21.
- 33 new suspect measles cases reported from 8 counties in 6 states.
- One new suspect hemorrhagic fever case reported from Aweil North on 3 June 2016.
- Complicated severe acute malnutrition was the most common cause of mortality among IDPs.

Special Focus on Measles
- 33 suspect measles cases reported from Magwi (3); Yirol West (13), Aweil North (4), Abiemnhom (1), Mayom (7), Rubkona (2), Tonj South (2), and Bor PoC (1).
- While reactive measles vaccination campaigns have been completed in Yirol West and Mayom, significant transmission continues to be registered.
- Measles outbreak response including surveillance, case management, and vaccination are ongoing in all the other affected counties.
