South Sudan: Cholera in Juba, Central Equatoria State, Republic of South Sudan - Situation Report #11 as at 23:59 Hours, 2 July 2015

Situation Update

• As of 2 July 2015, a total of 573 cholera cases including 30 deaths (CFR 5.2%) have been reported from 75nvillages in eight payams of Juba County (Table 1).

• The initial cases were traced back to 18 May 2015 in UN House PoC where the first cholera case was confirmed on 1 June 2015. Most of the cholera cases in Gudele 2, Juba 3 PoC, Gumbo, and Gudele 1.
