Highlights:

• Since the 3rd of October 2015, Israeli occupation forces have killed 88 Palestinians in the oPt, including 18 children and 4 women according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

• Children and women make up 26.8% of killed Palestinians and 17% of wounded persons according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

• The PRCS categorically denies allegations made by Israeli prime minster in which he claims that PRCS’ teams refused to discharge their humanitarian duty and to assist several wounded Israelis near Hebron Governorate last Friday.

• A large number of casualties suffered wounds in the upper body and were treated at various hospitals according to the Ministry of Health.

• Since the 3rd of October, hundreds were injured in the oPT due to attacks by the Israeli occupation forces and also by Israeli settlers. (Below is detailed number of injured Palestinian in oPT).

• Many checkpoints and cement blocks were erected by the Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank including occupied Jerusalem, which has led to restrictions on the movement of Palestinians in general including PRCS teams and ambulances.

• The checkpoints and cement blocks placed by the Israeli occupation forces prevent PRCS teams and ambulances from providing humanitarian and health services to sick and wounded persons in need of medical care in the oPT including occupied Jerusalem.

• PRCS has documented incidents in which Israeli occupation forces prevented its teams and ambulances from treating injured in different parts in the oPT.

• Attacks on the PRCS teams and ambulances continue by the Israeli Occupation Forces and Israeli settlers. Since the 3rd of October, (277) attacks were documented against the PRCS in the oPT. (131) EMTs and volunteers were injured, (76) ambulances sustained various damages, and (70) incidents of denying access.
